Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with the care team while aligning with business growth objectives.
  • Oversee on-call services and provide direct supervision to the Care Team.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members, oversee their performance evaluations, and conduct appraisals.
  • Participate in client assessments and manage client care documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Quality Monitoring Officer to ensure service quality and manage incidents effectively.
  • Encourage staff development and adeptly address personnel issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in domiciliary care.
  • Possession of a UK driving license and experience in scheduling.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A flexible mindset and dedication to a career in health and social care.
