Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong relationship with coordinators to promote growth in the designated area.

  • Provide on-call support as needed throughout the week.
  • Directly manage the care team, overseeing workloads, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams following company procedures.

  • Attend client reviews and manage new client onboarding.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in domiciliary care.
