Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide on-call support as needed throughout the week.
- Directly manage the care team, overseeing workloads, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams following company procedures.
- Ensure effective communication within the team.
- Oversee the induction and training of new team members.
- Attend client reviews and manage new client onboarding.
- Address safeguarding and client issues promptly.
- Engage with the Quality and Compliance team regarding standards and incident management.
- Maintain high-quality service provision and client care documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in domiciliary care.
- Valid UK driving license with appropriate insurance.
