About the Role

The Senior Regulatory Counsel will be a key member of the legal team, responsible for providing expert advice on health and safety regulations to the company's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety compliance program across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with corporate decisions and operations.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead on key projects related to health and safety, including the development of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulations and trends in the health and safety sector.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, with a focus on health and safety laws. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a regulatory or compliance role, preferably in the FMGC or food safety sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships in a global organization.
