Job Opportunity

MRA Search is pleased to present a unique opportunity for a Senior Regulatory Lawyer to join a leading wealth and asset manager in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice on regulatory matters, working closely with senior management to navigate the complex regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and advise on regulations issued by relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Provide primary legal support for regulatory queries and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with the Compliance team to implement regulatory compliance programs.
  • Deliver expert counsel on intricate regulatory matters, including custodial, licensing, and risk management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documentation in line with regulatory obligations.
  • Act as lead counsel on legal formation and launch of investment funds across various asset classes.
  • Identify and mitigate associated legal risks in fund operations and investments.
  • Provide timely and accurate counsel on regulatory changes and their consequences.
