New Senior Regulatory Counsel Opportunity

Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Regulatory Counsel to join our client's London team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-regarded trading client and report directly to the head of legal.

The client has a brilliant work culture offering a friendly, professional, and supportive team environment. As a Senior Regulatory Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and policies, advising on regulatory frameworks, compliance, and risk, and liaising with regulators and other legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts and policies
  • Advise on regulatory frameworks, compliance, and risk
  • Liaise with regulators and other legal professionals

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a senior lawyer
  • Confident, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Legal experience from a EU country is an advantage
  • Background in investment services, e-commerce, online marketing, regulatory, corporate, and commercial contracts
  • Understanding of regulations governing the fintech industry and basic tax laws
  • Excellent spoken and written English
