Job Summary

Midas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users and dealers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pre-qualifying potential customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • At least one year of field-based B2B sales experience
  • Commercial kitchen experience, preferably as a chef or in a related role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong referral network
