Operational Resilience Senior Manager

Adam Appointments Limited is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Senior Manager to lead the resilience capability and drive the bank-wide resilience programme. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to deliver resilient solutions for customers.

About the Role
  • Lead strategic improvements and collaborate with senior leaders across the business to drive operational resilience.
  • Develop and implement a resilience strategy, policy, and framework that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Implement a resilience by design approach within Change Engagement to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide leadership and act as deputy to the Head of Resilience where appropriate.
  • Design and implement education and awareness support tools to promote a culture of resilience.
  • Liaise with leadership across the bank, within the Group, and peers across the industry to ensure alignment and best practices.
  • Develop and implement a resilience risk and control framework to ensure effective management of operational risks.
  • Provide board-level assurance and enable a structured management approach to operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Embed a culture of operational resilience within the company, through suitable processes and controls that work with colleagues in line with our Agile@ scale operating model.
  • Develop and implement a resilience risk and control framework that aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders to ensure effective management of operational risks.
Requirements
  • Operational Resilience regulations - knowledge and practical experience of implementing these within an organisation.
  • Experience of Operational Risk frameworks and policy management.
  • Leadership skills, developing a team and building capability across colleagues in the organisation.
