Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Operational Resilience Specialist to join a leading FinTech organization. This role is designed for an individual with a robust background in operational resilience, particularly in the realms of business continuity and disaster recovery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's resilience framework.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and execute extensive operational resilience plans.
  • Oversee and direct initiatives centered on business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Perform comprehensive risk evaluations to pinpoint potential operational interruptions.
  • Engage with diverse teams to bolster organizational resilience.
  • Assess and review the success of resilience initiatives, implementing necessary modifications.
  • Deliver training and support on best practices in operational resilience.
  • Compile thorough reports and documentation concerning resilience efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or Disaster Recovery.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Operational Resilience or Business Continuity.
  • Prior experience in a similar contract position.
