  • Engage stakeholders to review and update important business services
  • Develop impact tolerance statements and stress test scenarios
  • Align operational resiliency framework with risk appetite
  • Organize and facilitate scenario exercises
  • Monitor adherence to set tolerances
  • Build key relationships with business leadership
  • Prepare and submit Management Information and Key Risk Indicators
  • Support with Risk activities and initiatives as needed
