Job Title: Operational Resilience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team at Europe Arab Bank. As a key member of our Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's operational resilience and third-party risk management capabilities are aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational resilience strategies to ensure the bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions.
  • Manage and coordinate the bank's outsourcing/third-party risk management activities, including due diligence, service provider performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with business units, operational, and IT teams to drive a firm-wide approach to business resilience.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in operational resilience and third-party risk management.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in financial services and/or consultancy, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA Operational Policy Statement and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines.
  • Understanding of EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and EU GDPR regulation.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, report, and problem-solve in a methodical and detail-oriented manner.
  • Strong expertise in using Microsoft applications, including Excel and Visio.
