Job Title: VP, Operational Resilience

We are seeking a dedicated leader to develop, implement, and manage the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies for one of the world's leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage processes for monitoring the resilience of Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical Infrastructure Functions (CIFs).
  • Oversee technology testing activities to ensure alignment with Operational Resilience requirements.
  • Lead the assessment of vulnerabilities and manage the delivery of remedial actions.
  • Develop and manage the creation of Regulatory Self-Assessments.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have expert knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (March 2021) and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements. A strong understanding of Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity tools, methodologies, and best practices is essential.
