Operational Resilience Manager

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the resilience of our business services against threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and mature the organization's Operational Resilience policy, framework, and strategy across the organization.
  • Oversee the preparation of ongoing operational resilience MI and reporting into relevant governance forums.
  • Identify and escalate identified resilience risks, communicating across the business domain teams.
  • Provide direction on the production of the Operational Resilience Annual Review with IBS owners.
  • Guide business and function stakeholders on Operational Resilience from a perspective.
  • Establish strong relationships with business and functional leads.
  • Support drafting Regulatory enquiries where required.
  • Become the SME/super user of Operational Resilience tool and provide ongoing support and training to the Business.
  • Engage and collaborate with other key strategic objectives covering business continuity, DORA, Third Party Supplier Management, and other Operational Resilience risk reduction activities.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Operational Resilience disciplines and regulatory expectations.
  • Operational Resilience practitioner with relevant 1LOD experience implementing and maturing strategies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience with delivering or managing regulatory initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of BCP, Disaster Recovery, Third-Party Risk, and related to Operational Resilience.
  • Strong experience of business process improvement and strategy management.
  • Ability to pull together impact assessments, gap analysis, and summary of findings in a succinct manner.
  • Good knowledge of risk management, operational risk, and controls in financial services.
