Senior Associate, Brokerage Operations

The role focuses on the post-trade lifecycle, encompassing trade allocation, pre-matching, and settlements across global markets, involving a range of asset types and reconciliation processes.

  • Liaises with execution brokers and clients to maintain a high settlement rate benchmark, striving to improve it while minimizing market and settlement risk.
  • Develops and maintains high-quality procedure documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Works within established guidelines and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assists in training new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a financial operations role, preferably with brokerage operations knowledge or expertise.
  • Understanding of regional regulatory requirements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Planner.
