As an Events Sales Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and various events from the initial inquiry to the event day. You will be adept at understanding clients' visions and translating them into tailored packages that deliver unforgettable experiences. Your focus will be on both achieving sales targets and ensuring guest satisfaction, aligning with our luxury standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity or a proactive sales role within the hospitality or events industry, preferably in a comparable venue.
- A natural relationship builder who can drive sales while providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player; our sales team may be small, but they embody a strong spirit of support.
- A quick learner with a proactive mindset, demonstrating resilience when faced with challenges.
- Proficient IT and administrative skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Hart PMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
