Position Overview
The role of a Children's Program Facilitator is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of participants while delivering engaging and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement activities for children aged 6-14, emphasizing participation, growth, and enjoyment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Assume a leadership role, welcoming new participants and maintaining communication with supervisors and parents as needed.
  • Oversee and interact with children during non-activity periods.
  • Consistently promote the welfare of all children in your care.
  • Exhibit high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism, serving as a positive role model.
  • Ensure compliance with all camp policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Embody the commitment to 'Inspiring Children Every Day' through your conduct during employment.
  • Perform additional tasks as required (e.g., cleaning, equipment upkeep).

Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with children and facilitating activities.
  • Able to adapt session delivery based on age and skill level.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about fostering child development through play.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; confident in leading groups.
  • A flexible team player, capable of adjusting to dynamic camp situations.
  • Seeking a challenging yet rewarding role in the childcare and coaching sector.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Possession of or progress towards a relevant qualification in sports, arts, education, or childcare.
  • Experience managing a group of children independently.
  • Certification in Paediatric First Aid or First Aid at Work.
