About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System and Change Management Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in SAP systems and a passion for driving service improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage system and change-related projects, including rollouts, service improvements, and new releases, ensuring successful delivery according to organizational procedures.
  • System Support: Provide responsive support and planned training to internal and external users, including helpdesk services, and manage Super Users and Trainers to ensure effective system use.
  • SAP System Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve the SAP system knowledgebase, ensuring relevance, accessibility, and continued support for users.
  • Process Supervision: Supervise and ensure compliance with processes within the transaction teams, and maintain close alignment with professional policies and standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Liaise with managers, analyze reports from historical data, and maintain a knowledge base of ad hoc reports for both internal needs and external statutory bodies.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP within the organization, staying current with developments in the technical specialization, and embedding system use to support organizational policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in supporting SAP and managing complex information systems within a large organization, ideally with experience in HR, Procurement, or Finance.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams within a performance-driven culture, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and successfully managing projects.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and systems related to a key professional discipline (HR, Procurement, or Finance), along with advanced proficiency in ICT, Excel, report writing tools, and complex statistical techniques.
  • Training and Support: Experience in delivering training and providing support to a large number of users in a business environment, ensuring effective use of complex information systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior managers, elected officials, and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and instilling confidence in staff, while embodying organizational values of accountability, integrity, empowerment, respect, and excellence.
