Key Responsibilities

  • OneDrive Support: Assist users in navigating and utilizing OneDrive in a corporate setting.
  • Remote Support: Offer remote troubleshooting and assistance to resolve technical issues.
  • Printer Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of networked printers.
  • Software Deployment: Manage software deployment processes and asset management.
  • Access Control: Ensure proper NTFS folder and file permissions are in place.
  • Hardware Knowledge: Possess a broad understanding of desktop hardware components.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proven experience in a technical IT support role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with migration to Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint/Azure modern desktop management.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as VB, PowerShell, and SQL queries.
  • Experience in supporting multi-site audio-visual setups or a willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of Azure services.
  • Experience with Ivanti Service Manager.
  • Familiarity with CrowdStrike and Cisco VPN technologies.
  • Experience in desktop virtualization.
  • Certification as a Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 frameworks for support and change management.
