We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to join our client's team at Pear Tree Recruitment Limited.
About the Role
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including the Managing Director.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel as needed.
- Draft and proofread documents, letters, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
- Act as a central point of contact for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organize and manage both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and actioned.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support with event planning and manage ad hoc projects as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar PA role is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with experience in using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
