Administrative Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time role with the potential for permanent placement based on your performance.
Working Hours:
Flexible schedule, approximately 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Compensation:
£11.44 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing communications, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems to ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily retrievable.
- Following up on business inquiries and responding to quotes.
- Assisting in the preparation of various documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance through drafting and proofreading.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with excellent typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive and reliable work ethic, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
