Business Administration Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including generating invoices, allocating invoices, and coding.
- Cash Management: Manage cash allocation, daily banking, and reconciliation.
- Accounts Ledger: Maintain and update purchase and sales ledgers.
- Credit Control: Implement and manage credit control procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end financial reporting and provide support to the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts administration and financial operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
