About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Reward Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Correspondence: You will be responsible for drafting and sending client correspondence, including letters and emails, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing New Business: You will assist in processing new business, including preparing client review packs and arranging client meetings.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our financial services clients, including maintaining client records and ensuring compliance with our procedures.
  • Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have experience working in a financial services firm, with a strong understanding of financial planning and administration.
  • Skills: You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: You will have a good working knowledge of IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
