Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our busy office and contribute to the success of our financial planning firm. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality administrative support to our financial planners and clients
- Managing client records and ensuring accurate and compliant file maintenance
- Handling client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the back-office functions of our financial planning firm
- Producing concise and accurate business correspondence and reports
- Utilizing IT and office software packages to efficiently manage tasks and data
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience working in a financial planning firm or similar industry
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support
