As a Residential Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and families. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Collaborating closely with children and their families to ensure their well-being and development.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule, including early and late shifts, to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Utilizing effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and supportive manner.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience working in a children's home setting is preferred but not essential.
