Are you a dedicated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge in children's residential care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Children's Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and ensure the successful running of a children's home in Harlow. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, managing a team of staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
* Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
* Work closely with other teams, including education and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to care

Requirements:
