Revenue Cycle Manager

Talentedge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Process Oversight: Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Debt Collection: Monitor the ageing report and ensure debts are collected in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely collection of payments and assessing any risks attached.
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely closing of the month end.
- Reconciliation: Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Customer Service: Handle escalated inquiries and disputes regarding invoices and payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department and other departments.
- Technology Implementation: Lead initiatives and work with the Digital Transformation Analyst to automate manual processes and leverage technology to improve financial operations.
- Credit Management: Enforce credit policies and procedures and conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits related to accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
- Corrective Action: Address audit recommendations and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Procedure Development: Create SOPs and contingency plans for any new procedure.
- Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by senior management.
- Commission Processing: Oversee the travel agency commission process and ensure payments and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in an AR Supervisory/Management role in the hospitality/hotel sector.
