Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of revenue controllers and overseeing the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of revenue controllers to manage the revenue cycle and ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Oversee the entire billing process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable management
  • Implement financial controls to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Work closely with the management team to develop revenue strategies and financial plans
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a revenue control role within the professional services industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance
  • High proficiency in financial software, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
