Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Controller Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of revenue controllers and overseeing the entire billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of revenue controllers to manage the revenue cycle and ensure timely and accurate billing
- Oversee the entire billing process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable management
- Implement financial controls to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Work closely with the management team to develop revenue strategies and financial plans
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a revenue control role within the professional services industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance
- High proficiency in financial software, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
