Customer Account Manager
Position Overview
Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm
Salary: £13 per hour
Contract Type: 12 months fixed term with potential for extension
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office. During the initial training period, attendance in the office will be necessary 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., fax, web, email).
- Document inquiries, feedback, and complaints in the quality management system.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Suggest enhancements for processes and organizational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- A positive, adaptable approach to customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and complex work environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficient in IT and computer systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a business-to-business context.
- Familiarity with customer order management and supply chain processes is advantageous.
