Job Title: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Job Type: Contract or Permanent

Job Location: Remote (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join our team at FalconSmartIT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and complex integrations using industry best practices.

Key Skills:

  • Implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and complex integrations using industry best practices
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow and integrating with multiple enterprise-level tool sets
  • Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts, workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound
  • Good experience with Service Portal and widget creation
  • Very good experience with REST and SOAP-based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
  • Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
  • Experience with ServiceNow project implementation in a Domain-separated instance
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases
  • Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management
  • Experience with custom application development
  • Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation
  • Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration use case implementation

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM
  • Experience with Performance Analytics
  • Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Review of existing setup and provision of best practice recommendations in line with OEM
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow required
  • 8+ years of experience with IT industry required
  • Certified System Admin
  • CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping
  • ITIL Foundations certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
