Job Description: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative service management solutions for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive framework encompassing applications, integrations, data security, and workflows to support a global ServiceNow environment.
  • Lead the design of custom Service Portal applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless functionality.
  • Leverage your expertise in ServiceNow scripting and integration to connect various systems and automate processes.
  • Guide technical governance boards and solution reviews, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design end-to-end solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Support the development and migration of custom applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of ServiceNow Mobile app solutions, enhancing user accessibility and mobile capabilities.
  • Possess a deep understanding of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM modules, as well as advanced knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
  • Utilize Integration Hub and Flow Designer to streamline integrations and automate workflows effectively.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration.
  • Active CTA or CMA certification is mandatory.
  • Possess relevant certifications such as CIS – ITSM, Certified Application Developer, and others.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
