At Thames Water, we're committed to delivering life's essential service to our customers, communities, and the environment. As a Fleet Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle and plant fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement robust policies and standards to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize fleet operations.
  • Fleet Performance: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance fleet performance.
  • Leadership: Manage and develop key stakeholder relationships to improve business performance and provide leadership and development to team members.

Requirements:

  • Transport Manager CPC: Hold a valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
  • Microsoft Office and Databases: Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £44,000 to £57,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
  • Annual Leave: 26 days per year, increasing to 30 days with length of service.
  • Car Allowance: £4,500 per annum.
  • Pension: Contributory pension scheme with maximum employee contribution of 12%.
  • Personal Medical Assessments: Open to all employees once a year.
