Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Standards for Compliance: Develop and implement robust policies and standards to ensure ongoing compliance of the Operator's Licence. Improve and implement policies, standards, systems, and processes for maintenance management to deliver a cost-effective, timely, and compliant vehicle and plant fleet.
- Fleet and Supplier Performance: Drive continuous improvement by monitoring own and supplier performance, seeking stakeholders' views, and taking appropriate actions based on the information obtained.
- Leadership: Manage and develop key stakeholder relationships to improve business performance and provide leadership and development to team members.
- Fleet management experience with large LCV, HGV, and plant fleets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
