Car Sales Specialist at Volvo

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to become a part of our esteemed Volvo dealership.
The working hours are structured from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week, and Sunday shifts from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on a rotational basis. Our compensation package includes the use of a company vehicle and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £55,000, which encompasses a base salary of £20,000.
As a Sales Consultant at our dealership, your primary focus will be to ensure that each customer feels valued by accurately identifying how our vehicles can enhance their lifestyle. The goal is to align the right individual with the perfect vehicle, ensuring they receive all the necessary features and options. You will guide customers through financing options and contracts, striving for complete satisfaction throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Establish trust and communicate effectively to surpass customer expectations through thorough qualification and creating a positive first impression. Optimize sales opportunities by engaging in prospecting, follow-up calls, handling inbound inquiries, welcoming walk-in customers, and managing online leads. Enhance profitability by meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to unit sales, profit margins, finance uptake, and additional products. Comply with the company's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and data protection standards by meticulously gathering customer and vehicle information to enrich the customer database.Candidate Profile
This role may be ideal for individuals with experience as a car sales consultant, retail manager, or sales manager. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A strong ability to quickly build rapport with customers is essential. Potential for a successful career trajectory within the automotive industry is important. A valid UK driving license is required. Experience in the automotive sector or car dealership is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.Benefits Offered
