Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our esteemed Volvo dealership.

The role involves a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.

A competitive base salary of up to £28,000 is offered, complemented by a performance-related bonus potential, bringing the total earnings to approximately £37,000. You will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and high-demand setting.

As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include managing the workflow of the service department, achieving and surpassing performance targets, and promoting our comprehensive range of services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team to optimize workload.
2. Greet customers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle drop-off to handover.
3. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, authorize additional services as needed, and conduct follow-up communications.
4. Collaborate with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to guarantee timely vehicle readiness.
Candidate Profile
You should possess a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
A polished and professional demeanor, along with the drive and character to achieve success, is essential.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in meeting key performance indicators for customer satisfaction and sales, is preferred.

Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessary; familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience in the automotive sector or car dealership environment is desirable, although comprehensive training will be provided.
