Job Overview
We are seeking a

Customer Service Specialist

to enhance our

Volvo

Dealership operations.

This role involves working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with occasional Saturday shifts on a rota basis.

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £28,000, complemented by benefits and a potential bonus, bringing the total earnings to an OTE of £37,000.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a collaborative team, you will manage the workflow of the service department, strive to meet and exceed performance targets, and promote our comprehensive range of services.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team to manage workload effectively.
- Greet customers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth transition from vehicle drop-off to handover.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's status, authorize additional work as necessary, and conduct follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
Candidate Profile
You should possess a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
We are looking for a well-groomed individual with the drive, attitude, and character to excel.
Experience in a customer service role is essential, ideally with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and sales goals.

Strong organizational and administrative skills are required; familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience in the automotive sector or car dealership is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
