Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and confidently oversee busy shifts, ensuring a flawless experience for our patrons.
  • Handle financial management, inventory oversight, target achievement, and report submissions.
  • Be an innovative leader, generating creative concepts to enhance the appeal of your venue.
  • Lead and nurture a team of professionals, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure adherence to licensing regulations, risk assessments, and health and safety protocols.
  • Organize staff schedules and manage labor efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume bar setting as a Venue Operations Manager.
  • A strong aptitude for driving sales—develop and implement local marketing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for the art of mixology.
  • Proficient in financial handling and possess strong business acumen.
  • Outstanding leadership, training, and team-building capabilities.
  • Methodical, thorough, and effective in problem-solving.
  • Approachable, self-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • A hands-on manager who is willing to step in and assist the team during peak times.
