Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and confidently oversee busy shifts, ensuring a flawless experience for our patrons.
- Handle financial management, inventory oversight, target achievement, and report submissions.
- Be an innovative leader, generating creative concepts to enhance the appeal of your venue.
- Lead and nurture a team of professionals, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure adherence to licensing regulations, risk assessments, and health and safety protocols.
- Organize staff schedules and manage labor efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume bar setting as a Venue Operations Manager.
- A strong aptitude for driving sales—develop and implement local marketing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for the art of mixology.
- Proficient in financial handling and possess strong business acumen.
- Outstanding leadership, training, and team-building capabilities.
- Methodical, thorough, and effective in problem-solving.
- Approachable, self-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
- A hands-on manager who is willing to step in and assist the team during peak times.
