About the Role:

The Venue Manager will oversee the operations of a venue in Saudi Arabia, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the venue while delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue. This role requires managing staff, coordinating events and functions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, overseeing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and coordinate events and functions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and conflict management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
