We are excited to be assisting our client, KCR Solutions, as they embark on a new chapter with ambitious growth plans. As a Financial Manager, you will take full responsibility for a division within the business and report to the Managing Director. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • You will be responsible for providing financial support to senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
  • **Financial Planning and Analysis:**
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts to provide a clear picture of the company's financial performance.
    • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and monthly PAYE returns to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Year-end statutory accounts production to provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial position.
  • **Financial Management:**
    • Review, reconcile, and forecast capital expenditure to ensure optimal use of resources.
    • Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Cash flow management to ensure the company's liquidity and solvency.
  • **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
    • Budget preparation to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
    • Assisting with business planning to ensure the company's strategic objectives are achieved.
  • **Financial Reporting:**
    • Production of monthly profit and loss accounts to provide a clear picture of the company's financial performance.
    • Production of internal management reports to provide insights into the company's financial position.
  • **People Management:**
    • Complete appraisals/job chats with team members to identify development/training needs.
    • Review contracts and agree terms with suppliers to ensure the company's interests are protected.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong financial management skills, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
