**Key Responsibilities:**

  • You will be responsible for providing financial support to senior management, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
  • **Financial Planning and Analysis:**
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts to track the company's financial performance.
    • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and monthly PAYE returns to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Year-end statutory accounts production to provide a comprehensive financial picture of the company.
  • **Financial Management:**
    • Review, reconcile, and forecast capital expenditure to ensure optimal financial decisions.
    • Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Cash flow management to ensure the company's liquidity and financial stability.
  • **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
    • Budget preparation to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
    • Use financial analysis, data trends, and market information to anticipate needs, identify operating/financial issues, and recommend actions to maximise financial return.
  • **Financial Reporting:**
    • Production of monthly profit and loss accounts to track the company's financial performance.
    • Production of internal management reports to provide insights into the company's financial situation.
  • **People Management:**
    • Complete appraisals/job chats with team members to identify development/training needs.
    • Review contracts and agree terms with suppliers.
  • **Compliance:**
    • Comply with company finance policies and procedures.
    • Carry out other duties that may be necessary from time to time and ad-hoc projects.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

  • A driven and ambitious individual with a passion for finance.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a company similar to KCR Solutions.
  • Qualified Accountant is preferred but not essential.
  • Profit-focused and numerate with excellent analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • IT literate with proficiency in financial software.

**Working Arrangements:**

  • Office-based with 1 day home working feasible.
