  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to achieve strategic objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Database Management: Utilize Ushaw's CRM system, Donorfy, to maintain and grow a database of potential funders, conducting prospect research to develop a robust funding pipeline.
  • Grant Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage grant awards, ensuring timely reporting and effective administration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to the Trustee meetings, tracking grant income and delivering key fundraising KPIs.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the wider organizational strategic goals and KPIs, working closely with senior leadership team colleagues.
  • Professionalism and Discretion: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring confidentiality and upholding the organization's reputation.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support other aspects of fundraising activity, including Friends of Ushaw and Ushaw partners, to drive overall organizational success.
