Operational Performance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operational Performance Lead to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our business, with a focus on reducing costs and improving efficiency.

About the Role:

The Operational Performance Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Designing and implementing labour management systems to optimize workforce productivity
  • Working closely with site teams to implement process improvements and ensure successful rollout

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in operations consulting or a relevant space
  • Experience in operational improvement, efficiency, logistics, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or warehouse management
  • High competency in Excel and modelling
  • No industry-specific experience required, but a bonus if you have worked in industrials, manufacturing, logistics, or food and beverage
