Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Groupe VIVESCIA in Southall, West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputize and provide cover for the Logistics and Senior Supply Chain Managers in their absence.
  • Monitor inbound EU and UK domestic transport flows to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
  • Support the management of the Supply Chain administrative teams and functions to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Contribute to continuous review and improvement projects to enhance the supply chain process.
  • Review and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock levels are maintained, and troubleshoot potential service or efficiency issues.
  • Associate UK and I warehouse platforms and update the relevant system platform.
  • Verify and confirm stock movements made via each relevant platform.
  • Ensure dispatch paperwork is correct to customer requirements.
  • Produce standard management reports and KPIs on request.
  • Receipt, planning, and booking of orders to enable successful daily distribution.
  • Coordinate with hauliers and customer representatives as necessary.
  • Create logistics route schedules.
  • Respond effectively to customer queries and complaints.
  • Manage non-conformances related to stock movements.
  • Daily processing of delivered orders to initiate invoicing.
  • Investigate claims received and resolve them to completion.
  • Support the management of pooled pallets and allocation to 3PL.
  • Support the management of raw materials.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the workflow.
  • Manage PODs and support accounts and credit control queries.
  • Report stockholding in 3PL platforms.
Requirements:
  • High level of analytical skill.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Relevant stock control and distribution experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication in English (both verbally and in writing).
  • Good level of numeracy.
