Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Groupe VIVESCIA in Southall, West London.
Key Responsibilities:- Deputize and provide cover for the Logistics and Senior Supply Chain Managers in their absence.
- Monitor inbound EU and UK domestic transport flows to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Support the management of the Supply Chain administrative teams and functions to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries of all products to all customer sectors.
- Contribute to continual review and continuous improvement projects to enhance the supply chain process.
- Review and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock levels are maintained, and troubleshoot potential service or efficiency issues.
- Associate UK&I warehouse platforms and update the relevant system platform to ensure accurate stock movements and dispatch paperwork.
- Produce standard Management Reports and KPIs on request to support business decision-making.
- Receipt, planning, and booking of orders to enable successful daily distribution.
- Coordinate with Hauliers and Customer representatives to resolve queries and issues.
- Create logistics route schedules to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
- Respond effectively to customer queries and complaints related to orders and deliveries.
- Manage non-conformances related to stock movements and investigate claims received.
- Support the management of pooled pallets and allocation and deployment to 3PL.
- Support the management of raw materials and process improvement initiatives to streamline the workflow.
- Manage PODs and support Accounts/Credit Control queries.
- Report stockholding in 3PL platforms and work together to ensure a satisfactory service level is reached for the whole UK&I Customer base.
- High level of analytical skill to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Good planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Relevant stock control and distribution experience to understand the supply chain process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce reports and manage data.
- Effective communication skills to communicate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Good level of numeracy to manage financial data and reports.
