Job Description

We are a premier leadership and talent consultancy specializing in executive search and advisory services across the supply chain sector. Our firm partners with top organizations, ranging from global corporations to niche players, helping them navigate leadership challenges in a rapidly evolving landscape. We provide executive and board search, Chief Supply Chain Officer & Chief Procurement Officer succession planning, leadership development, and strategic advisory services. With a dedicated team of consultants and researchers across key global supply chain hubs, we work closely with our clients to identify and develop leaders capable of driving operational excellence and innovation.

As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of solving leadership challenges within the supply chain industry. Your role will involve managing diverse client projects, contributing to the successful execution of mid to senior-level searches, and leveraging deep industry insights. You will work alongside international colleagues, enjoying dynamic career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of multiple supply chain-focused client assignments, ensuring top-tier outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize top supply chain leadership profiles through our internal network, external resources, and market research.
  • Assume a leadership role in project execution, when appropriate, ensuring flawless delivery by managing the client team and meeting project deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability for high-quality client documentation, such as role specifications, success profiles, candidate reports, and more.
  • Work across various services, continuously deepening your understanding of the broader supply chain landscape to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Professional Development

  • Lead by example, mentoring and coaching both junior and senior team members across the firm.
  • Take initiative in developing the firm's internal capabilities, such as contributing to business development, knowledge sharing, and internal project leadership.
  • Act as a mentor to junior colleagues, supporting their onboarding and professional growth.
  • Actively participate in shaping our community within Lean Six Search, helping to build a strong culture both locally and globally.

Business Development

  • Collaborate with client teams to develop compelling pitch presentations and business development materials targeted at supply chain clients.
  • Proactively initiate and lead business development activities, monitoring trends, and changes within the supply chain industry.
  • Partner with Consultants to identify and build targeted event lists for networking and business development purposes.
  • Engage with the supply chain market to gather insights, understand competitive dynamics, and build relationships that expand the firm's external network.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree with excellent proficiency in English.
  • Have a keen interest in supply chain dynamics, the economy, and broader societal trends.
  • Be comfortable using MS Office, various databases, and online research tools.
  • Be a self-starter with learning agility and attention to detail, demonstrating a passion for continued professional development.
