We are looking for a dedicated Event Management Operations Leader to oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial inquiries and bookings to on-site execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring flawless delivery and outstanding experiences for attendees.
Handling a diverse array of events, including conferences, trade exhibitions, corporate gatherings, and social functions, your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and adeptness at juggling multiple tasks will be essential for success in this position.
This role presents a remarkable opportunity for an Event Management Operations Leader with a proven track record of orchestrating successful, customized events. If you are a proactive and ambitious Event Management Operations Leader who embraces responsibility and aims for excellence, you will thrive in our vibrant and enthusiastic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless and efficient daily operations, aiming for high standards in all areas.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Manage the operational and logistical aspects of events from initial inquiry to successful execution.
- Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, staff management, and liaising with third-party vendors and partners.
- Client & Guest Relations: Deliver exceptional service to all clients and guests, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the operational team, focusing on ongoing training and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in operational event management within a Conference & Events Venue or premium Event Catering is required.
- Passion: A sincere commitment to hospitality, event execution, and delivering outstanding experiences.
- Skills: Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive, adaptable mindset.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication abilities, maintaining composure under pressure.
