Position Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to enhance our Front Office team.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be stationed at the Front Office, where your primary focus will be to provide outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and escorting guests
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling cash and keys
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints
This role requires flexibility, including weekend, day, and night shifts.
