About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators to provide exceptional customer service to our network of associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Care Administrators to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Resolve complex customer queries and complete follow-up actions
  • Utilize bespoke Lifeplus IT systems to process customer orders and queries
  • Conduct regular 1-1s and performance reviews to drive team engagement and performance
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive business success
Requirements
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
