Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in St Neots. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting a team of administrators to provide exceptional customer service to our network. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers, resolve complex queries, and process orders and changes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and Support the Team
Lead a team of Customer Care Administrators to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
Lead a Team of Customer Care AdministratorsSupervise and develop a team of Customer Care Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
Coach and Develop a High-Performing TeamDevelop and implement coaching strategies to enhance the skills and performance of your team, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex customer queries.
Resolve Complex Customer QueriesUtilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer queries, ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory outcome.
Use Bespoke IT SystemsEffectively use Lifeplus's bespoke IT systems to process customer orders and queries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct Quality ReviewsConduct regular quality reviews to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance the team's performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with ColleaguesWork closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business success.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous Team Leadership Experience
A proven track record of leading a team, with experience in customer service or a related field.
Fluent German and English Language SkillsExcellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Coaching and Feedback SkillsStrong coaching and feedback skills, with the ability to develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance team performance.
Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer queries and implement changes to improve team performance.

Working Arrangements
We offer a flexible working arrangement, with a 5-week rotational shift pattern:
- 3 out of 5 weeks
09:00-17:15, Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.
2 out of 5 weeksMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday off, with Friday off.
Location
This role involves a mixture of home and office working, with a requirement to commute to our St Neots office. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week in the office.
