Role Overview: The selected candidate will engage in Medical Sales, establishing connections with professionals in the NHS and Private Hospitals, including surgeons, nursing staff, and procurement specialists. Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, the key responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and developing new client relationships while nurturing existing accounts
- Following up on leads
- Conducting product training sessions
- Managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a range of qualifications, including:
- A recent degree in Biological, Medical, or Anatomy-related fields, or experience as a Senior Sales Representative or Account Manager in the Medical sector
- Connections within the medical field are advantageous but not mandatory
- A valid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
- Residence in the operational region
- A strong motivation for sales and a drive to succeed
- Exceptional learning capabilities
Working Conditions: This position operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The compensation package includes a salary starting at £35,000 per annum, increasing to £38,000 post-probation, along with a variety of benefits such as:
- Car allowance
- Fuel mileage reimbursement
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown
- Uncapped quarterly commission opportunities
- Provision of a laptop and mobile phone
- Additional perks
