Role Overview: As a key member of the Applications & Technical Support team, you will collaborate closely with fellow Applications Managers, design engineers, technical support engineers, and other stakeholders.
This position is primarily office-based, adhering to the company's flexible working policies.
Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Head of Applications & Technical Support and oversees the Technical Support Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lucy Group sales teams to deliver comprehensive pre and post-sales technical assistance.
- Conduct product training sessions for both internal staff and external clients.
- Provide expert support and guidance to the Energy Service and production testing teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental standards and quality.
- Uphold all Company Health & Safety Policies, Procedures, and Safe Working Practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance departmental efficiency, quality, and service.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Siemens NX.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in project management.
Behavioral Competencies: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, alongside effective collaboration and communication skills.
