Job Title: Production Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Lucy Electric UK. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Production Operatives across all grades, ensuring the successful throughput of planned switchgear volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Production Operatives to achieve production targets
  • Ensure quality product build and manage nonconformance related issues
  • Use Microsoft D365 and Teamcenter to manage build and works orders
  • Organise daily team activities to meet daily planning throughputs
  • Manage HR related activities across all operatives
  • Raise issues with the management team to avoid downtime periods
  • Brief teams across both shifts to ensure handovers of WIP builds
  • Support projects across the production areas to make improvements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulations

Requirements:

  • Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • CAD or equivalent proficiency
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to train and mentor to achieve maximum performance
